Sales:
We do our best to keep stock of most items, if your item is not in stock or back-ordered, we will tell you at the time of your sale and you will not be billed until your order is complete and ready to ship.
If the item is a custom or special order item, payment in full will be required prior to processing your order.

Payment:
All prices are in Canadian funds, taxes included.
We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, PayPal and cash-in-person. If you wish to pay by cheque, money order or a company Purchase Order; please contact us by phone for authorization. |

Shipping:
Shipping is by Canada Post unless otherwise specified. We ship twice weekly.
All shipping, duty, brokerage, customs and any other associated fees incurred during shipping will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser and any fees charged back to the SO Brite Lighting |

Returns And Warranty |

AXIXTECH Products - 5 Year warranty for LED- 2 Year warranty for Power supplies and 1 year warranty for strobe tubes and accessories. For replacement within a warranty claim, please call us to discuss the problem and obtain a “return authorization” code. The item may require inspection prior to replacement or repair. |

Warranty covers defect in item only. Warranty is void if the product is misused, damaged, improperly installed or used in a fashion that it was not designed for (i.e.; interior light used on exterior). |

All warranty claims are subject to examination by SO Brite Lighting or the manufacture or both. All warranty issues will be dealt with in a timely manner; please keep in mind that if the item needs to be inspected by the manufacture, a further delay may be incurred and is out of SO Brite Lighting’s span of control.
All return items must have an accompanying return authorization number that must be obtained prior to returning item to us.
All associated fee’s incurred in shipping items for warranty issues or for any other matters are the sole responsibility of the buyer. |
